- Every tournament team is assigned its own equipment storage space.
- Overnight storage is arranged for every team.
- Drying rooms, locker rooms, storage rooms or other assigned spaces may be used for storage.
- Vuokatti Areena has 12 locker rooms in tournament use.
- Teams clear the locker room in about 15 minutes after a game so the next team can use it.
- Between games teams use their own equipment storage space.
- Label every player's equipment.

Vuokatti Cup participants have free access to the Vuokatti Areena swimming pool during the tournament, within opening hours. Exact times are announced per tournament.
