  • Fair Play Code applied

  • Minor penalty = 1 minute

  • A player receiving three minor penalties in a single game will be ejected from that game

  • Major penalties (5+20 minutes) result in immediate ejection

Each team may include a maximum of 5 active players.

An active player is defined as someone who, during the previous season, played in an official league under the Finnish Ice Hockey Association or another national governing body (excluding recreational leagues).

Recreational league players do not count toward this limit.

The goal is to keep competition fair and fun for all levels.

Each player may represent only one team during the tournament –
no switching between teams is allowed

We use GameResultsOnline as our official results platform.

  • Live scores, standings, and schedules will be updated in real time

You can’t run a tournament without them – and we won’t even try.

Each game is officiated by two certified referees from the local referee association to ensure fair, consistent, and professional game flow.

  • The home team (listed first in the schedule) will wear either dark or light jerseys of their choice

  • The away team must adjust accordingly and wear a clearly contrasting color

  • All players must have visible jersey numbers – required for referees and live scoring

Please make sure to bring both dark and light jerseys if possible.

In cases of serious misconduct or disputes, the Tournament Jury will review the incident and decide on appropriate sanctions.

The jury consists of:

  • Pekka Manninen (Organizing Committee)

  • Matias Huikari (Tournament Director)

  • Head Referee from the official referee association

All jury decisions are final and aimed at ensuring fair play and safety throughout the tournament.
